Diamond Dotted Insulation Paper( DDP) is made of electrical insulation paper with Diamond-shape epoxy resin dotted in both sides. The epoxy resin used in DDP contains a kind of incubative hardener material, it is a dry ad crisp material at normal temperature(below 35degree)

This product has good dielectric properties and good machenical properties after being heat-solidification. It can be used as coils and between layers of oil immerged power and distribution transformers.

The papers have good dielectric properties and good mechanical properties after heat solidification. It is to be used in oil-immersed transformers for the insulation between of coils and between layers of oil immerged power distribution transformers.
Diamond pattern paper made of Kraft paper coated with heat curable epoxy resin.The epoxy adhesive is applied to both sides of the paper in a diamond pattern consisting of 9.5mm x9.5mm diamonds with 15.9mm center spacing.
